What is Cold Forming?<\/h2>\n

Also known as cold forging or progressive forming, it is a highly productive manufacturing process based on the steel wire progressive deformation, by applying pressure at ambient temperature. It can also be defined as forging without heat.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Depending on the complexity of the part, shaping takes part in different phases known as stages, and our company’s know-how centres around the design of those stages. Likewise, in highly complex parts with very strict tolerances, we can complement cold forming operations with machining operations, in order to achieve the most demanding levels of dimensional, geometric and surface quality requested by our customers.<\/span><\/h5>\n
