🌱 Measuring is the first step toward improvement.
At DEBA we have calculated our corporate carbon footprint as part of the CICLO Project, with the support of NAIDER and funding from the Basque Government. This initiative helps us meet new environmental management requirements and respond to increasing demands from our clients.
The report includes Scopes 1 and 2, and we’ll soon incorporate part of Scope 3 (supplier and customer logistics), along with an Emissions Reduction Plan.
By doing so, we’re getting ahead of a key trend toward a more competitive and decarbonized industry, we also aim to register our footprint with the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition, and obtain the Calculate + Reduce seal.
